One of my BFFs had her tubes tied last week, and afterward the surgeon said, “NOTHING in the vagina for two weeks!” , which immediately became a phrase we worked into every conversation possible.  Another friend decided to make her this reminder t-shirt, just in case she forgot the surgeon’s very specific instructions. Please note the arrow pointing downward.
